Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association employs full-time staff at the Kenai office, Trail Lakes Hatchery, Tutka Bay Lagoon Hatchery, and Port Graham Hatchery.  Many times, especially during the summer months, part-time and seasonal employment opportunities arise.  In addition, CIAA has an internship program for students interested in fisheries management and natural resource careers.
